A family-friendly celebration of live music, movement, and community featuring Dan Lebowitz “Lebo”, Steve Adams, Ezra Lipp, Jordan Feinstein & Lesley Grant.

Join us for an Embodied Groove Experience focused on the healing, celebratory, and uplifting aspects of live music and movement. Participation is highly encouraged – movement, singing, clapping, merriment, and fun! Come early or stay late to enjoy all that this beautiful venue has to offer – interactive art installations, chickens, goats, beautiful bay views, and Nobilis Finer Diner for yummy food (open till 4pm).

In this full Embodied Groove Experience, we will start with a 30 min interactive live music movement warm-up featuring the band and the audience. This is an opportunity to allow the movement to guide the music that is being created in the moment. This will lead into a full set of music from some of the Bay Area’s premier musicians. To end, audience members will be reconnected to themselves and each other through song and a short mindful meditation to fully integrate all of the health and wellbeing benefits of this experience. Consider it a sound healing and conscious dance for jam fans!
