Embodied Groove® for Kids

Movement, music, and play that help children build confidence, creativity, and a positive relationship with their bodies.

Embodied Groove is a fun, inclusive movement experience where children explore music, creative movement, games, and mindfulness in a supportive environment where every child belongs. Rather than learning choreography for performance or competing to “get it right,” students are encouraged to move in ways that feel natural and authentic, helping them develop confidence, body awareness, self-expression, and connection with themselves and others.

Each class incorporates age-appropriate activities that support balance, rhythmic coordination, flexibility, agility, and emotional wellbeing through joyful movement. Students leave feeling energized, confident, connected, and free to be themselves.

Ideal For:

No dance experience is needed, just a willingness to move and have fun!
