This mini-retreat is focused on conscious self-care to balance the stimulation and exhilaration of the Phish experience. It is an optional bonus for a group of women friends gathered for Phish at Dick’s Sporting Goods Arena for Labor Day weekend 2019. It will include intention setting and visioning before the weekend and each day before the show, a mini-Embodied Groove session poolside at the ladies’ rooftop hotel pool, and an additional spa afternoon with sound therapy, salt therapy, aromatherapy, and 90 minute massages. There will also be an opportunity for a deeper integration of the experience after everyone has returned from the weekend.
