Shake off the night before and ease into the day with loosely guided movement to live music from your favorite musicians there just for you and your body’s needs! Embodied Groove was born out of Dr. Leah Taylor’s extensive experience as a movement teacher and love of moving to live music coupled with her graduate level training in somatic psychology and mind-body medicine. Leah has a unique ability to deepen movers’ connection with their bodies, the environment, and the music to create an experience you will not want to miss!
